RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

RESORTS LTD Inc. Real Estate Brokers, is a full service individual property management firm. We manage apartments, condominiums, and single family homes for absentee owners and investors. We qualify the tenant, prepare the lease, electronically collect the rent, arrange for repairs, help solve disputes, communicate with condominium associations, and we send our owners a detailed monthly income and accounting statement. This affords our owner's convenience and peace of mind. For this service, our fee is only ten percent (10%) of the monthly rent and a $250.00 lease renewal fee. We do NOT charge advanced fees, first month's rent, or lump-sum initial payments if we manage the tenant. We manage your property as we would one of our own!
